These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of FlyAway Premium subscription. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

FlyAway Premium is a subscription service that unlocks advanced features including unlimited AI coach messages, GPS shot tracking, advanced statistics, multiple golf bags, custom app icons, and priority support.
These terms apply only to the FlyAway Premium subscription of the application. FlyAway Business, intended for golf clubs, is governed by its own terms, which are provided to the club.
2. Pricing
- Monthly subscription: €9.99/month
- Annual subscription: €99.99/year (save over 16%)
Prices may vary by region and currency. Current prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
3. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial of FlyAway Premium. During the trial, you have access to all Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). FlyAway does not directly process payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings.
After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Your data (scorecards, statistics, posts) is preserved when you cancel. Some Premium features will become unavailable.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. FlyAway does not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through their support channels.

FlyAway Premium includes:
- Unlimited AI coach and assistant messages
- GPS shot tracking with course maps
- Advanced statistics and performance analytics
- Multiple golf bag configurations
- Unlimited scorecard history
- Automatic post translation
- Larger file uploads
- Exclusive app icons
- Premium profile badge
- Priority customer support
8. Changes to Pricing
We may change Premium pricing at any time. Current subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
10. Who sells what
FlyAway Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your purchase contract is with Apple or Google, not with Trender Inc.: they take the payment, issue the receipt, and handle refunds and any right of withdrawal under their own policies. Trender Inc. provides the service itself and is responsible for it.
In practice: a billing, refund or cancellation question goes to Apple or Google. A question about the service, your data or a feature that is not working goes to [email protected]. Writing to us about a refund only costs you time, because we cannot process one.
