What is FlyAway Business?
It is a complete solution for golf clubs. It includes full migration and secure hosting of your existing WordPress website, alongside a professional dashboard to manage an intelligent conversational chat widget and an interactive course database.
How does the pricing work?
Access to the dashboard and testing in the simulator are free (without hosting). For your website, we offer two plans: Essential at 49€/month (migration and managed hosting of your existing WordPress site) and Pro at 99€/month (which also includes the active AI assistant on your site, the manageable course database, and lead capture).
How do I train the AI brain?
You can upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD), link web pages (URLs), or write manual text. The AI syncs instantly with these sources to provide accurate answers to visitors.
How do I install the widget on my site?
The dashboard generates a small HTML snippet. Simply copy and paste it into your website's code, or send it to your webmaster. It is compatible with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and all CMS.
Can I use the dashboard on my desktop computer?
Absolutely. The solution is available as a web app on any browser and as a native desktop app (PC/Mac) powered by Electron for easy desktop access.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, our standard catalog offers have no minimum commitment. You can cancel freely at any time with a 30-day notice period.
Who owns my visitors' data?
For the data of your website's visitors processed by the assistant, your club is the data controller and we act as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement is provided to you and annexed to your subscription. You can export your contacts and your conversations in CSV format from your dashboard at any time, and delete a contact or a conversation there. A visitor exercises their rights with your club, which we assist.
How long is the data kept?
Conversations are deleted 12 months after their last message. Contacts are deleted 3 years after the last contact. If you cancel, export remains possible during the 30-day notice period, and visitors' data is deleted within 30 days following the end of the subscription.
What happens if I stop, or if the service shuts down?
The offers have no minimum term: you cancel with 30 days' notice. Export of your contacts and your conversations remains possible during this notice period, and visitors' data is deleted within 30 days following the end of the subscription. If the FlyAway Business service were to shut down, you are notified in writing at least 60 days beforehand, with export guaranteed during that period.
