To claim a course profile, correct an official scorecard, host an event, or add a FlyAway assistant to a club website. The club offering is described in full on the clubs page.

Send the URL of the course page and what is wrong with it. Declared data — scorecards, par, stroke index, slope and course ratings — is corrected against the club's official card. Surveyed data — elevation, green areas, hazard outlines — is re-checked against the source survey before anything is changed.

The public API, the OpenAPI specification and the machine-readable files are documented on the developer portal. Technical questions that the documentation does not answer are welcome by email.

Requests to access, correct or delete personal data are handled by email and answered within the statutory delay. FlyAway Golf is operated from France and processes personal data under the GDPR; the privacy policy, terms of service and terms of sale set out the detail.
