1. FlyAway Premium

FlyAway Premium is a subscription service that unlocks advanced features including unlimited AI coach messages, GPS shot tracking, advanced statistics, multiple golf bags, custom app icons, and priority support.

2. Pricing

• Monthly subscription: €9.99/month
• Annual subscription: €99.99/year (save over 16%)

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial of FlyAway Premium. During the trial, you have access to all Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). FlyAway does not directly process payment information.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings.

After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Your data (scorecards, statistics, posts) is preserved when you cancel. Some Premium features will become unavailable.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. FlyAway does not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through their support channels.

8. Changes to Pricing

We may change Premium pricing at any time. Current subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
